Financial Assistance

The desire of Emmanuel Baptist Church is to take care of those in need, beginning with our membership and then the community at large, with the resources that God entrusts us with. Since we believe that all resources that are given to us are from the Lord, we feel very strongly about being good stewards of those resources. Consequently, we ask that those applying for assistance fill out the following questionnaire so that we will be able to properly pray, and assist you in a way that will honor God. If you are not willing to answer these questions, then by policy we are not able to assist you.

What is the cause of your current need? If it is the result of you being a victim of a crime or reversal of finances, please describe the situation.

If our church is able to help you, in what way would be the most beneficial?

We will need to verify your particular situation; therefore please provide the names
and phone numbers of those who can corroborate your situation (for example—your landlord, a friend, a co-worker).

How long do you think you will need assistance? Is this a one-time need or is it ongoing?
